Objects affect us. Luscious colors, glossy surfaces and slick designs stimulate the imagination, generate feelings of desire and change the way we live. Acknowledging the dynamic agency of objects and material, Julia Sebastian, Justin Hodges, Joe Hedges, Colin Klimesh and Christy Wittmer will style products and art objects into a group exhibition. Hyperobject blurs the boundary between collaborative installation and individual exploration, striving to lure, tempt, and affect the viewer.
